INDIAN: Bourbon Cured- sweet caramel with slight hints of fruit.
INDONESIAN: Bourbon Cured- cinnamon, cream, and butter. Most common flavor of vanilla **My Personal Favorite**
MADAGASCAR BOURBON: Bourbon Cured- rich, woody smell with notes of cream and caramel. Most like a vanilla you would find in a store but RICHER!
MADAGASCAR MEXICAN CURED: Sun Cured- cream and caramel with the depth and richness of chocolate.
MEXICAN: Sun Cured- caramel and cream with a slight spiciness.
PAPUA NEW GUINEA: Bourbon Cured- As if an Indonesian & Madasgascaran bean had a baby. Notes of cream, caramel, and dried fruit. **My 2nd Favorite**
